Abstract

|
OKT3 is a murine monoclonal antibody used for immunosuppresion of solid organ transplant rejection. We recently exprienced a case (30-year-old woman with chronic glomerulonephritis) of visual disturbance after administration of OKT3 in renal
transplantation recipient. The pathologic mechanism is probably due to immune complex mediated thrombosis of retinal artery.
